The PT280 stick reader is an electronic tag reader produced by Fofia Tech. It is ideal for approaching animals where a hand scanner is not safe, or where pets are caged. It is also ideal for livestock use too. The total length of the reader is 74cm, with the antenna being 46cm long. The new Bluetooth Keyboard feature allows the unit to populate fields in databases and websites on both computers and smart phones. Works with Mac devices and iphones too.
The unique design of a stick antenna meets the demand a hand scanner cannot. The casing is durable and reliable due to its high-strength materials. It has large data capacity of 7,000 records and supports both USB and bluetooth data transmission. It can read FDX-B and HDX so is compatible with all ISO chips and tags.
The PT280 series stick reader is conveniently used in breeding stock and dairy stock management, fat stock breeding, slaughter and so on. In animal identification, the reader can recognize the tag number automatically without contact or human intervention. It can ensure tag number’s unique and counterfeit proof features with its mature, stable and unique design.
