Please read carefully:

ARL shop products (excluding Microchips)
  1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we can exchange it providing it is returned to us in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order. (extra charges may occur due to shipping)
  2. If there is a fault with the product we will replace the item in line with the suppliers warranty details on the product.
  3. If there is damage to a product due to delivery this should be taken up with the delivery agent in the first instance. We are happy to supply details and support information
Microchip Replacement Policy
  • In the unlikely even of microchip failure, ARL's policy is that we will replace the faulty chip with two idenitical products and, if relevant, a $5 credit against future orders to cover the cost of updating any online records.
  • No chip on the market is perfect and chips can fail for a number of technical and procedural reasons, including poor implantation. It is not ARL's policy to try to assign blame for the failure or to waste our client's time investigating the circumstances of the failure, so replacements are approved when notified.
