Cost: All prices are in New Zealand dollars.
Pricing:
- ARL reserve the right to change prices at any time.
- Payment by Credit or Debit card will incur an additional charge of 2.9% which is charged by Stripe, our secure online banking provider.
Cancellation: ARL reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without explanation.
Shipping:
- Shipping is charged at the time of ordering. There is an extra charge for Rural Delivery.
- We offer free shipping for orders over $400 (excl GST).
Privacy Policy:
- ARL considers user information as most private.
- We will not share your order data, contact details or other information to any third parties.
- We can keep your details on file for future orders and contact you with our specials and new products if you have agreed to this beforehand.
- We do not store any client Credit or Debit Card details as these details are provided to our secure online banking provider, Stripe.
- For regular clients who request monthly invoicing, we do not keep any account numbers or other details online. All invoicing is completed using our inhouse Xero accounting package.
Overseas Orders: ARL can offer all of its products throughout Oceania. Please note:
- Overseas orders will be converted from NZ$ at the time of processing. We use the Virtuemart ECB (European Central Bank) exchange rate data for all current rates
- If ordering from overseas please be aware you may be charged import duties and/or other taxes upon arrival in your country. Please check what these may be before ordering. ARL takes no responsibility for any additional charges imposed.
- Additional charges for shipping may also apply.
Out of Stock: Should any item be out of stock you will be notified. You can then choose to:
- cancel the order,
- place the item on back order, or
- choose an alternate product.
